All orders made on Trollbeads India include FREE DELIVERY, India-wide and all orders will be shipped through our third party logistics provider Vamaship.
You will automatically receive an email when your items are shipped from our warehouse. You can expect to receive your item within 5-7 business days and you will be able to track your order at all times so that you know where it is and when you can expect it. Simply click the Track my Order link in your order confirmation email or enter your shipment number here.

Change of mind returns may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order - just go to returns.trollbeads.in or email us at returns@trollbeads.in and we will get it all sorted for you.
A refund or exchange will be provided for any items proven to be damaged or faulty. Please go to returns.trollbeads.in and follow the prompts to arrange a return. We will investigate the issue and a member from our Customer Service team will be in touch to work with you throughout the process.

Price Changes
Just to let you know, we do reserve the right to change prices on the website with immediate effect.
We do our best to update the website as well as ensure that all information about the goods is correct. Spelling errors, errors in prices and offers can occur, however, and sometimes we find that the price of an item is stated incorrectly. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered on the website, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Under these circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price for the item and allow you to purchase the item at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will use our right not to accept your purchase and will refund you the full amount and cancel the order.
