Club Terms and Conditions

1. By signing up to Trollbeads Club, you agree to be bound by the Trollbeads Club terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are binding upon your successful sign up.
2. Only individuals can sign up to Trollbeads Club. Trusts, partnerships, joint ventures, associations, corporations or any other body corporate cannot apply.
3. Trollbeads may, in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons for its decision, accept or refuse your sign up request.
4. To become an Trollbeads Club member, you must complete the sign up in-store or online
5. Trollbeads Club rights are determined by Trollbeads from time to time and may include discounts for products purchased at Trollbeads stores on online.
6. Where stated, discounts only apply to the Trollbeads Club member and may not be used in conjunction or combination with any other offer or promotion. Club discounts are not available on goods at “sale” or “special” prices.
7. The rights of a Trollbeads Club member are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
8. Trollbeads Club member rights are valid until terminated or cancelled by Trollbeads (in its absolute discretion) or until the Trollbeads Club Member contacts us to terminate their membership.
9. Trollbeads may, in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons for its decision, at any time and without notice cancel any Trollbeads Club membership or substitute advertised discounts for any other item of a comparable value.
10. Any questions regarding Trollbeads Club membership should be referred to a local Trollbeads store or by contacting us online.
11. Trollbeads reserves the right to suspend or terminate Trollbeads Club membership at any time and without prior notice.
12. Trollbeads shall not be liable in any way if benefits or promotions are unavailable as a result of a technical malfunction, operator fault, errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failure.
13. All discounts for Trollbeads Club Members for purchases at Trollbeads stores are subject to availability.
14. Trollbeads Club Member discounts are not negotiable, non-transferable, or redeemable for cash.
15. Trollbeads does not warrant in any way that the discounts or benefits for Trollbeads Club Members will be available at any particular time or times or in any particular place.
16. To the greatest extent permitted by law, Trollbeads gives no warranty and shall have no liability in respect of goods or services provided to Trollbeads Club Members or as to the accuracy of any description or information about such goods or services, even though Trollbeads may have notified the Trollbeads Club Member of those goods or services.
17. Trollbeads is not liable in any way whatsoever for any injury or loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) of any kind to person or property suffered by any Trollbeads Club Member whether by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, of Trollbeads in connection with the Trollbeads Club, including injury or loss incurred whilst participating in any activity of the Trollbeads Club. This condition is subject to any liability which may not be lawfully excluded, in which case such liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
18. Trollbeads makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes.
19. Trollbeads Club Members indemnify Trollbeads for and against any loss or claim suffered or incurred by Trollbeads arising from or in connection with a breach of these terms and conditions by a Trollbeads Club Member.
20. Trollbeads reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time for any reason and without notice to Trollbeads Club Members. 
21. Trollbeads holds and uses a Trollbeads Club Member’s personal information in accordance with Trollbeads privacy policy (a copy of which can be obtained at www.trollbeads.in).
22. Trollbeads decision in connection with any aspect of the Trollbeads Club will be binding and final on each Trollbeads Club Member.
23. “Trollbeads” means Trollbeads Private Limited t/a Trollbeads ACN 642 697 934 and includes where appropriate Trollbeads employees, agents, and contractors, officers and related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)). “Trollbeads Club Member” means a person who has successfully applied for a Trollbeads membership.
24. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions supersede and replace any and all previous terms and conditions specifically governing the Trollbeads Club.
